I have to commend those who wake up before 6:30. Now I wish I had done a further break down like 6 - 6:30 and 5:30 - 6. I have been trying to get up earlier then 7 - 7:30, but I have not been consistent. Wow, Someone gets up regularly after 9:30....really :(
